So, what kind of cupcakes did I make?
Why, antler cupcakes of course! (I got the idea from Cake Central here.)
I was amazed how easy they were! Just pipe melted chocolate chips in an “antler shape” onto parchment paper.
(Aren’t they lovely?) Then just put them in the freezer for 15 minutes. Take them out and they peel right off.
A couple of tips:
1) Use a thick butter cream frosting on the cupcakes to hold up the antlers.
2) Keep the antlers cold until you are ready to assemble right before serving.
